M7MI is a hydraulic diesel engine interlocking clay brick machine. It can produce 1pcs at a time and 1920pieces per day.
M7MI can produce various blocks with different shapes and dimensions by changing mould.
Hydraulic pressure molding technology is adopted by M7MI. So the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produce are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.
Minimum daily capacity 1920 pieces bricks, all bricks can lock together, when building,only the first few courses and the top 3-4 courses need mortar.The rest of the building is locked together,saving time,labor and money.
Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, Precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time.
M7MI is equipped with two wheels, you can move this machine easily to anywhere you want. And it’s powered by diesel engine.
