QTM10-15M Mobile Concrete hollow block making machine can produce cement and concrete blocks and pavers of various shapes and sizes by changing moulds.

QTM10-15M is a automatic block machine and the shaping cycle is 10~15s, so the production efficiency is very high. The production capacity varies according to the size and types of brick.

Hydraulic pressure molding technology is adopted by this machine, so the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.

Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time.
