QT4-40 Semi-automatic Concrete Hollow Block Making Machine

QT40-2 (QT 4-40)is a semi-automatic concrete hollow block making machine.

This Concrete block making machine can produce many different shapes hollow/solid blocks and paver by changing moulds.

Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor, which can directly inline with filling machine .

Our moulds adopt precise line cutting technology and carburizing treatment technology to assure longer mould life span and increase the block mould precision, so the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time. And the bricks produced are of higher quality.

This model is made of high-performance steel Q345 selected according to international CE standard. Thus it has advantages in high toughness, wear and tear resisting and high strength.

For size 400*150*200, It can achieve 3000 pieces of brick per shift (8 hours) , so the production efficiency is very high among manual bricks machines types of brick.

Equipped with PLC control system, and the block mould moves from front to back by hands it’s simple to operate.

c. 10% cement, 30% fly ash, 60% stone powder
