QT4-24 semi-automatic hollow brick moulding machine, high adaptability and multi-function, not only suitable for making concrete block, but also suitable for fly ash, slag and other materials, with different moulds, can produce various specifications of building bricks, hollow brick, solid brick and porous brick etc.
QT4-24 is a semi-automatic hollow brick moulding machine and the shaping cycle is 24s, for size 400*100*200, it can achieve 6720 pieces of bricks/8h. At the same time, this machine is controlled by PLC control system, then the operation is simple.
Our moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, precise line cutting technology and 900℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production. So the brick moulds have better performance and longer service time. The using life is 7-8 times longer than common molds.
